Normally the purpose of staff
capacity building arises from the needs for efficient and effective
interventions of any organization. A NGO have ventured upon the training
program for its staff members to enhance the institutional capacity and quality
in facing future challenges of Program development and uphold the organizational
efficiency and value in Program implementation.
A NGO with
the assistance from A NGO(A NGO) has taken initiatives in continuing staff
capacity building training project since 2009 with an aim to prepare an efficient
and well- trained workforce that would be responsible to build a better society
through out A NGO development initiatives.
A
NGO authority felt that Organizational Leadership training course was more
relevant than Project Management course for A NGO. Hence, two persons were already
nominated to participate in Organizational Leadership training course in
November. In this quarter no training course was attended.
