Resource mobilization:
The Social organization development works always provide importance on internal & external resource mobilization. Exploring local available resource and mobilization of available local & government resources would be the priority area in the future plan. Network and liaison with local CBOs/CSOs, Institution and local government structures will be the main thrust of this programme.
Sustainability:
A NGO organized federations are the main focal point of sustainability of the social organization work. As a grass root poor peoples organization, it is always key concern of federation’s sustainability. Most of the federations are involved in the development work and trying do achieve the sustainability of their basic development competence and financial ability. May of them have their management capacity to create better relationship with other CBOs/CSOs and NGOs. Some of them have earned the legal registration (entity) will lid them for sustainable development work in future.
